Chakra Validation Exercise

A good time to do this is after showering in the morning. I suggest doing the exercise for a minimum of two weeks.  It only takes a moment.  You may want to place your hands on the area of your body where each chakra is located as you acknowledge its value.  Look at yourself in the mirror and think or say aloud:

~ I am grateful for my ability to be grounded, rooted with a strong foundation.  (1st chakra)

~ I am grateful for my ability to create and feel with my sensual body.  (2nd chakra)

~ I am grateful to have and own my personal power. (3rd chakra)

~ I am grateful for my hearts capacity to give and receive love.  (4th chakra)

~ I am grateful to have a voice and the ability to communicate my truth.  (5th chakra)

~ I am grateful for my intuitive awareness and my analytical mind.  (6th chakra)

~ I am grateful for my connection to Spirit/God/the Universe to receive information that is just for me.  (7th chakra)
